Booking Information for Weddings and Special Events

Where Live Music Is Appropriate:

Live classical guitar music can make any event special – whether it is your wedding ceremony, wedding reception, bar mitzvah, fundraiser event, holiday, work, or garden party, community event, or another special occasion!

Cost:

The cost of live music is $150 per hour, with a one hour minimum.  Rehearsals can be added for an additional $75.  A  $50 deposit will confirm your date and time.  The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, payable in the form of cash or check. If during the event the purchaser decides to have the performer play for longer than the time agreed upon in the contract, the cost is an additional $37.50 for every 15 additional minutes of performance time.

What Happens When A Date and Time Is Reserved:

Krystin will e-mail you a contract.  Fill out, sign, and return to Krystin via e-mail or regular mail.  You can cancel with no obligation up to 90 days before the day of your event.  Confirm the music selections with the performer.  She will confirm the date and time again via e-mail or phone one week before the event.  

On The Day Of Your Event:

Set-up time is 40 minutes before the start time of your event as indicated on the contract.  Two armless chairs near an electrical outlet are requested for the performer.  Due to the use of expensive equipment that requires electricity, the performer set-up area must be in a covered area, unable to be hit by precipitation or extreme weather.  The performer will provide her own amplification system.  During set-up, the performer will meet the contact person.  Payment is due in the form of cash or check on the day of the event.  

Request Specific Music:

Music requests may be made in advance (before the day of the event) for no additional charge.  Requests made during the event will be filled to the best of the performer's ability.
